At Logposecollection, we take great pride in the quality of our products and ensure that each item is carefully inspected before shipping. However, in the rare event that you receive a significantly defective product, we’re more than happy to offer a refund or replacement.


To qualify for a refund, please provide proof of the defect, such as clear photos or videos, and be prepared to return the item at your own expense. Once we receive the defective item, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference. Please note that we do not accept refund requests based on shipping times.


Additionally, our shipping is based on the address you provide during checkout. If your order is delivered to the correct address you provided, any issues are your responsibility. In cases where the product is not delivered due to an incorrect address, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping provider for assistance. Once the product is shipped, any delivery or shipping issues are the responsibility of the shipping provider, not Logposecollection.
